...it not possible to link them dynamically in the way Finale allows you to modify layout elements in part view independently from score view. In other words, once you create a sub-score/part from the parent score and modify it, the modifications will not be mirrored in the original score, unless you create an intricate system on top of the existing structure of MaxScore.
