dear BRIDGERS, I am studying for my thesis at this moment . I wonder of you can be a bit simpler on what I need to buy to do this online composition. The website is over kill on info , I just want to spend a few weeks on live and interactive music composition from Cork School of Music, Ireland

After installation of MaxScore for Live, I could not find the file NN.jar in /Applications/Max5/Cycling ’74/java/lib.

I could load Devices for Max for Live, but MasterScore does not work and Max Windows says ,

Ja, absolut. Es gibt aber einen Unterschied zwischen MaxScore (ein Java-basiertes Objekt für Max/MSP) und MaxScore for Live. Beim letzteren handelt es sich um ein zwei Devices, von denen der MasterScore ein Notationseditor im Stile von Sibelius, Finale etc. ist. Obgleich, man nicht vergessen sollte, dass Sibelius und Finale ungleich mächtigere Funktionen besitzen, so besteht der Vorteil von MaxScore hingegen in seiner leichten Erweiterbarkeit und Programmierbarkeit in Echtzeit. Hallo Georg,

ich habe es gerade im Netz gelesen, es gibt jetzt also ein Max Score?

ist die Anleitung separat auch als pdf verfügbar?

in welcher Größenordnung soll sich der Preis bewegen?

ich notiere meine Stücke z. Zt. neben Bleistift u. Papier mittels Sibelius, als Maxmsp_user verwende ich ver. 4.5.5 u. 5.1.5…

PS: ist f. d. Zukunft auch an graph. Notation, spez. Symbole etc. (insbes. f=
. zeitgen. Komp. ) gedacht worden?
